How a player should project their COM in multiple directions in order to Accelerate efficiently and then maintain the correct technique when catching a ball.

How to apply force underneath the hips, keep the ankle dorsiflexed and use the arms to maximise speed.
3. Speed Control
How to effectively increase and decrease Speed whilst running with the ball to beat a defender.
4. Change of Direction
How to apply force outside the COM and lean towards the intended direction of travel when stepping a defender. This will also include the correct technique of how to decelerate.
